Important Information
- All live insects sold are subject to availability and Butterfly Skye's reserves the right to cancel orders at any time
- Butterfly Skye's will not ship live insects in extremely hot or extremely cold weather
- All care is taken when shipping live insects but if you should receive an expired insect you must contact Butterfly Skye's within 24 hours to notify us of the event. The expired insect must be returned to Butterfly Skye's and a replacement insect may be issued
- Live Insects will not be delivered to PO boxes
- Only young and healthy insects are shipped by Butterfly Skye's and complete instructions and information are available by request. If your insect dies because you have not taken care of it properly Butterfly Skye's will not issue a refund or replacement
